SAP ECC 6.0 Installation is simple and robust, you will get ECC 6.0 IDES with Oracle 10g and using your computer or laptops you can run IDES (International Demonstration and Education System) with configuration minimal : 250 Gbytes hard disk and 2-4 Gbytes RAM.
Currently there is an IDES Version available :
1. SAP CRM 5.0 SR2 IDES
2. SAP SEM/BI IDES
3. SAP ECC IS Retail IDES
Another important SAP installation was SAP Solution Manager 7.0 and this installation is required mandatory if you want to install SAP system landscape.
